ABOUT ME

My name is Linda Noskewicz, and I am a well-seasoned Human Resources and Organizational Development leader. As a professional with multiple certifications, including the Center for Creative Leadership's 360 Benchmarks and a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), my expertise includes:

Strategy –Partnering with executives on organizational development, workforce planning, compensation analysis, and employee engagement to enhance the attraction and retention of great talent

Policies/Procedures – Developing handbooks, SLAs, providing manager consultations to resolve conflicts, ensuring compliance, advising on labor law, and union contracts

Performance Management – Building a complete process for nurturing employee engagement from recruitment, onboarding, and career-pathing to coaching, mentoring, and learning and development

As a leader, I am described as a steady individual who balances the HR function with pragmatism, compassion, and good humor and readily mentors team members for their own success.

My career in Human Resources began in a boutique company as a consultant. While there, I honed my coaching and HR abilities as well as increased my understanding of the complexities that exist when working with different cultures.

I was sent around the world to prepare clients for major meetings, investor presentations, and IPO road shows. I coached executives from the likes of McKinsey & Company, Moto Guzzi, and British Telecom.  My travels took me to

South Korea and Japan, multiple countries in Scandinavia and Western Europe, as well as Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.

After the tragedy of 9/11, I reduced the amount of my travel. That meant shifting gears into an internal role as a Learning & Organizational Development manager for a growing, fast-paced tech company that develops the wireless technologies for the smart phones and tablets we use today. Seeing the growth of the wireless industry first hand was fascinating.

When the company sponsored an EMBA program, I threw my hat in the ring and was one of 12 people accepted. After graduating, I was invited to join Beta Gamma Sigma which honors academic achievement in business.

In 2012, the organization underwent a reduction in force, of which I was a part. In 2013, I joined O.P. Industries as their Human Resources Director where I was responsible for building out their HR and training functions from the ground up - performance management, HRIS, and a customer-service oriented team of 6 specialists.

In 2019, I moved into the nonprofit arena and currently work with Fountain House, an organization that helps those with serious mental illnesses.

As their interim Chief Human Resources Officer, I look forward to the constant challenges and achievements in my day-to-day work.

As my career continues to evolve, my goal is to find yet another organization that values its employees and expects excellence from them.
